BUENOS ARIES – General Motors South America President Jamie Ardilla and Sergio Rocha, president and managing director of GM Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay, signed agreements Wednesday confirming a $150 million investment to expand the Rosario Automotive Complex to increase production capacity for the Chevrolet Classic and Chevrolet Agile.
